SBAC Breakaway Couplings

The SBAC series disconnect valve is a type of disconnect valve that uses a shear pin (also known as a rupture pin) as the core disconnect mechanism. Its design core is safety, which is used to prevent damage to the fluid pipeline system while ensuring minimal loss of internal fluid products. This series combines flow optimization and innovative valve disc design. In the event of a vehicle or vessel accident driving away, the rupture pin triggers the rupture valve to split in half under tension or shear force, and the two halves of the valve body quickly close to prevent the leakage of potential hazardous substances.

DCA Series API Coupler

The SOTUS DCA series semi-automatic dry coupler complies with the API RP 1004, 8th Edition (2003) standard for bottom loading couplings. Compared to manual dry couplers, the semi-automatic design offers a higher degree of automation, faster connection and disconnection speeds, and a reduced risk of human operational error. The automatic sealing mechanism ensures a tight seal at the connection point and effectively prevents leakage.
